At Aurleone, each product is a statement of precision, individuality, and prestige. Our offerings are handcrafted, gold-plated, and often personalized — making each piece uniquely yours. This policy outlines how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Made-to-Order & Non-Returnable Policy

All Aurleone iPhones are individually customized, featuring 24K gold plating and optional emblems or designs. As such:

We do not accept returns for any reason related to change of mind, preferences, or resale value.

Each order is final once production begins, as your product is created exclusively for you.

All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 15 business  working days.

2. Order Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not yet started.

After 24 hours, the order is locked and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.


To request a cancellation within the eligible window, please email us at concierge@aurleone.com with your order number.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Products


We take pride in our packaging and inspection process. However, in the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or faulty:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send clear unboxing videos and photos to concierge@aurleone.com.

Upon verification, we will repair, replace, or remake the item at no cost.


Note:

Minor handcrafted imperfections or engraving variations are part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.

Physical damage caused by mishandling after delivery is not covered.

 

4. Refund Eligibility


Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

You canceled the order within the 24-hour window.

We cannot fulfill the order due to internal reasons.

The item is proven to be defective and cannot be repaired or replaced.


Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

5. Return Shipping (If Applicable)


If a return is approved (e.g., for replacement due to damage):

We will arrange reverse pickup at our cost.

You must ensure the item is securely packed in its original box.

 

6. No Exchanges


Due to the personalized nature of each Aurleone product, we do not offer exchanges.

 

7. Warranty


Aurleone provides a lifetime warranty on gold plating under normal usage.

It does not cover:

Physical damage (dents, cracks, water exposure)

Internal iPhone malfunctions (Apple warranty may be void due to modification)

Customer mishandling or unauthorized repairs
